Are you a high-level administrator who thrives in providing logistical support to ensure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of organizational trips, camps, and events? We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant - Trips, Camps and Events.

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant - Trips, Camps and Events will minister to our staff team and ministry partners through supporting our Director of Trips, Camps and Events.
The Administrative Assistant - Trips, Camps and Events is responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Trips, Camps, and Events team
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical records for all trips, camps, and events
- Managing data entry, filing, reporting, and document preparation
- Tracking deadlines, waivers, insurance forms, permissions, and certifications
- Assisting with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial reconciliation
- Assisting with booking venues, transportation, accommodations, and activities
- Preparing event binders, check-in materials, and program resources
- Managing the administrative duties included in fundraising, including appropriate and timely tracking, stewardship and benefit fulfillment for sponsors and donors.
- Assisting the Director of Trips, Camps & Events in the developing of ideas, creating and presenting budgets for approval, tracking finances, and completing post-event closing tasks.
- Delivering exceptional support to all constituents, including sponsors, donors, and volunteers by providing detailed scheduling, role expectations, regular team communications, and event logistics (i.e. vision, budget, financials, goals, gaps, etc.)
- Coordinating administrative tasks for the department including reporting, license applications, data entry, tax receipting, etc.
